In July 2025, Shanghai Chushang successfully delivered, installed and commissioned a custom-designed ultra-low moisture microwave drying system for a fine chemical enterprise in Brazil. The system was developed to ensure that the final moisture content of sensitive powder materials remains consistently at ≤0.5%. Following initial commissioning and stable operation, the equipment has now entered continuous operation, with processed materials exhibiting moisture fluctuations below 0.45%, fully meeting the client’s stringent quality requirements.
This project adopted Shanghai Chushang’s modular microwave heating architecture, combined with a closed-loop moisture feedback control strategy. To guarantee reliable startup and sustained stability, Shanghai Chushang dispatched a technical team to Brazil for on-site installation, commissioning, and initial performance monitoring. The system also integrates remote data acquisition capabilities, enabling engineers to access real-time operational indicators.
The successful implementation of this project has not only strengthened Shanghai Chushang’s reputation in the South American market, but also laid the groundwork for expanding this solution to surrounding high-demand applications such as new material pretreatment, functional powder processing, and electronic component dehydration.
