Microwave Drying Equipment
Widely used in the food, chemical, traditional medicine, wood, and paper industries, microwave drying enables faster, more uniform drying at lower temperatures, avoiding the “dry outside, wet inside” issue. Compared to conventional methods, it offers higher efficiency and lower energy consumption, making it an ideal alternative.
Microwave heating works by directly exciting polar molecules within the material using electromagnetic waves, achieving instant and uniform heating. Unlike conventional conduction-based methods, it delivers “inside-out” volumetric heating with higher efficiency, lower energy consumption, shorter processing time, and more consistent results.
Microwave sterilization uses both thermal and non-thermal effects of electromagnetic waves to rapidly raise the internal temperature of materials, effectively inactivating microorganisms and disrupting their survival environment. Compared to conventional thermal methods, it offers faster, more uniform sterilization with lower energy consumption and better preservation of nutrients.
Microwave technology performs exceptionally well in rapid high-temperature processing (200–1200℃+), it delivers faster, low-residual, and continuous processing effect through volumetric heating.
